Forest Ridge Strathfieldsaye – Summer Savings Promotion

Promotion Overview

The Summer Savings Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by the Developer for selected titled lots within Forest Ridge Estate, Strathfieldsaye. The Promotion provides eligible purchasers with a combined total benefit of up to $25,000, made up of a $15,000 land discount and a $10,000 fencing rebate, subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligible Lots and Discounts

• The Promotion applies only to titled lots within Stage 1 (Lots 5 and 6) of Forest Ridge Estate, Strathfieldsaye.

• Eligible purchasers will receive a $15,000 discount applied to the land purchase price at the time of contract signing.

• A $10,000 fencing rebate is also available, provided that the purchaser completes compliant fencing in accordance with the Forest Ridge Design Guidelines.

• The combined benefit provides up to $25,000 total value when both the discount and fencing rebate are applied.

• Discounts and rebates are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other goods or services.

Fencing Rebate Conditions

• To qualify for the $10,000 fencing rebate, purchasers must complete compliant boundary fencing that meets the specifications outlined in the Forest Ridge Design Guidelines.

• The rebate is payable as a reimbursement once evidence of completion and compliance has been submitted and approved by the Developer within the timeframe specified in the contract of sale.

• The fencing rebate may not be available on all lots and cannot be used in conjunction with any other developer or builder promotion.
  

Eligibility

• The Promotion is available to purchasers who enter into an unconditional contract of sale for an eligible titled lot during the promotional period commencing 12 November 2025.

• Purchasers must comply with all terms set out in the contract of sale and the Forest Ridge Design Guidelines to remain eligible.

• The Promotion is available to both owner-occupiers and investors purchasing directly from the Developer.

Promotional Period

• The Promotion commences on 12 November 2025 and is available for a limited time only.

• The Developer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion without notice.

General Conditions

• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, incentive, or rebate unless otherwise approved in writing by the Developer.

• All sales are subject to contract and Developer approval.

• The advertised discounts and incentives are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice.

• The Developer reserves the right to substitute or vary the offer with an equivalent value promotion at its sole discretion.

• Prices, availability, and details of eligible lots are subject to change.
