We're pleased to provide a progress update on the final stage of construction at Forest Ridge

Significant progress has been made on site, with sewer, stormwater drainage, water reticulation and road-boxing works now complete. Sub-base pavement construction has also been finalised, with kerb and channel installation also complete. These works will form the new road network and support the estate's drainage infrastructure.

Electrical and telecommunications services have been installed across the stage, delivering power, street lighting, internet and phone connections to each future homesite. We are now working closely with the relevant Authorities to finalise all compliance and testing requirements to achieve Practical Completion.

While construction has progressed well overall, the project has experienced approximately four weeks of delay due to prolonged periods of exceptionally wet weather in August. As a result, Practical Completion is now anticipated to be received from Council in November 2026. Following Practical Completion, we expect to receive Statement of Compliance in December 2026, with title lodgement occurring in January 2027. Settlements are currently anticipated for late January 2027.

We understand many purchasers are eagerly awaiting titles and wanted to provide this update well in advance. Our team remains focused on completing the remaining works as efficiently as possible and will continue to keep purchasers informed of any significant developments.

Forest Ridge has continued to attract strong buyer interest. Both Stage 1, 3 & 4 have completely sold out, and just one titled block remains - lot 48.
